and Recovery Services located in Topeka Kansas. Safe Streets was founded in the fall
of 1995 with the mission of creating a healthier community
by addressing substance abuse and crime through prevention
education and citizen empowerment. The vision of Safe Streets

through several ongoing efforts. From setting up neighborhood
watch groups, addressing underage substance use, encouraging community mobilization and forming the Safe
